Welcome

I am a qualified Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I work in a sensitive and open minded way with clients whatever is brought to the therapy room. I have experience of supporting clients for over 13 years and am fully registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I provide a space in which to explore your worries over the past, fears of the future and anxieties about the here and now or perhaps feelings of confusion, being stuck, weariness and hopelessness.

As a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist, (a transpersonal approach) this means that I work with all the different struggles of what it is to be human; spiritual, social, intellectual, emotional, physical and creative. My approach supports a sense of initiate wholeness, drive to heal and wisdom to grow within everyone.

“A compassionate, curious nurturing environment for me to understand myself more..”
(MM. previous client.)

I am shock and trauma-informed and incorporate compassion, empathy & awareness practices in the way I work. As well as addressing the mind, the confusion and hurt I address the body as it also holds trauma, stress and tightness and is part of the whole picture of us as humans.

I have a warmth, delicacy and sensitivity to the way I work with my clients. I tailor my work with clients specifically to what each individual needs depending on what is required specifically for them. I am experienced and skilled with working with the following issues ;

  • Life transitions
  • Relationship issues
  • Female sexuality ; understanding ones’ heterosexual sexuality including ‘Medusa’ energy
  • Anxiety & confusion
  • Sensitivity as a result of family dynamics
  • Grief at both seen & unseen losses
