About Sophie

Sophie’s work is rooted in her own deeply lived experience and personal journey. Alongside the many rigorous depth trainings taken over many years, she continues to learn to embrace this human journey within the context of the more than human. This is a path of deep acceptance and acknowledgment of suffering inherent in life, yet suffering is not intrinsic to our nature.

Sophie offers bespoke therapy tailored to each clients’ needs. Sophie employs both her trainings and her empathic and feeling abilities, within her delicate work. Drawing on a unique combination of healing tools and the following trainings, influences and approaches ; Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy, the Focalizing approach to trauma, Tesla Healing & Soul Communication, Inner child/Ideal Parent reconnection, Relational Psychotherapy, Jungian myths & fairy tales as guides, Internal Family Systems, Wild Therapy, Family Constellations, Holotropic Breathwork & integration of non ordinary states of consciousness.

Sophie has a foundational depth training in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy from The Institute of Psychosynthesis, London. As a transpersonal depth psychotherapy, Psychosynthesis takes is soulful approach to life. 

Sophie attends and continue to attend various post-graduate trainings including; working with the Institute of Psychedelic Training (IPT), Focalizing Institute, Somatic Experiencing, Richard Erskin Integrative Psychotherapy, Grof Holotropic Breathwork, Bert Hellinger Family Constellation also known as Systemic Family Constellations, Nick Duffel Boarding School Survivors, Wild Therapy with Jayne Johnson trained by Nick Totten, Grief Tending with Gail Davidson inspired by Francis Weller’s work on the need to grieve collectively and regularly set out in his book ‘The Wild Edge of Sorrow’.
