What is Psychosynthesis ?

Psychosynthesis is a psychology to help us find out who we really are.. and reconnects us to ‘soul’ and also to love in its widest definition.

Psychosynthesis gives purpose and meaning to our lives.

How?

It looks at our history, our wounding, social structures that don’t work for us, which forms our unconscious patterns of behaviour, but more importantly, it focuses on re-connecting us with who we truly are, removing the blockages that may stand in the way.

It is a psychology of hope….

recognising that we are spiritual beings on our unique individual journey, which can feel extremely painful at times.

We carry our history with us, and if we are not aware, it can control us unconsciously, often symptoms we experience and life crises are healthy signals that we need to re-align ourselves, warning signs not to be ignored but worked with until transformation is ready to take place.

The most graceful way to express this interior movement and struggle is via the metaphor of the caterpillar totally dissolving within the safety of the cocoon for just the right amount of time before transforming into a butterfly.
